Booking and organisation
Each year, we'll reach out to see if you'd like to schedule summer sessions for class photos and winter sessions for individual portraits.
Before Photo Day, our administration team will request an Excel sheet with some essential details from the school. Once we have that information, we take care of everything else!
On the day, we provide individual QR codes for each student, distributed at the end of their session.
Additionally, we’ll draft a detailed timetable, so everyone is clear on the plan and the day runs smoothly.
On photo day
Our goal is to ensure that Photo Day runs smoothly with minimal disruption to the school’s daily schedule. We work closely with school staff to coordinate around break times, assemblies, and other key activities, ensuring that the day proceeds as usual.
Our photography setups are designed with both safety and efficiency in mind. For larger schools, we bring additional photographers to maintain a quick and organised process, so that every student gets their moment in front of the camera without unnecessary delays.
In most cases, we complete Photo Day before midday. Just in time to help set up for lunch!
After photo day
Parents can now place their orders directly through our website—no more scrambling with order forms and cash-stuffed envelopes!
Even better, all orders are shipped straight to their home addresses, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
This means that once Photo Day is over, there’s no additional administrative work for the school.
We also provide detailed reports, making it easy for schools to upload student photos into their internal data management systems.
